I am so excited to finally share my everyday makeup routine with you! After lots of trial and error I have found a lineup that works for me and takes less than 20 minutes. Not to mention you can get it all from one place – where else but Nordstrom?! Let’s jump right in!

Prep + Prime

Any good makeup starts with a good primer. I start with this Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter Primer in shade 5. Then, I mix Laura Mercier Perfecting Pure Canvas Primer and Charlotte Tilbury Wonderglow to create a base that locks in foundation but gives your skin a lit from within healthy glow.

So many of you have been begging me for the details on my makeup routine, so I thought it would be fun to show you how I get dolled up for the holidays! Even though I won’t be going anywhere this year I still want to look and feel my best. Nothing says holiday quite like a red lip so I went for a clean and glowy face to let my lips be the star of the show. Everything I’ve used here is from Nordstrom – my all time favorite destination for literally everything. The best part is that you can switch out the lip color for a nude or pink and this look is perfect for everyday wear!

I did that thing again where I went to target for a few basic household items and walked out with 2 bags of clothes and not a single thing I actually came for – send help! Luckily I snagged a bunch of pieces that can be worn to work, on the weekend, and at home for holiday festivities so I don’t feel so bad about it. I always calculate the price per wear when I purchase clothes. If I see a sweater I love and it’s $40 but I can think of 4 ways to style it then it’s really more like $10 – simple math ya know 🙂

Nordstrom Athletic Gear That You *Actually* Want to Workout In

Back in my middle school track days I was so embarrassed to wear my running shoes anywhere but the track – they were so clunky and ugly. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the running shoe game has been seriously elevated! I grabbed the Nike React Infinity Run Flyknit shoes. They are super highly rated, designed specifically to reduce injury, and they are SO CUTE. The soles have tons of support and the top is like wearing a sock it’s so comfortable – 10/10!
